Our family liaison team can help bereaved children, young people and their families find the right support, whether it is our specialist counselling sessions, workshops, programmes, information and advice.

Forget-Me-Not Walk

On Sunday 17th March 2024, the Grief Encounter Forget-Me-Not Walk which is generously sponsored by Hand on Heart Jewellery will take place. Join hundreds of people up and down the country and walk in memory of a loved one, to raise funds for bereaved children, young people and their families.
