During these challenging times, we have extended our free service offering to all those impacted by grief and Covid-19. We are here to support NHS staff, Social Care Workers and all those frontline workers who are experiencing the daily pressures of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Our virtual service offering, the grieftalk helpline, is operating its usual hours, 9am – 9pm Monday to Friday. We have increased our qualified and trained team, who are there to listen, now. You can call us free on 0808 802 0111, or log on to our live web chat for confidential support. You can also email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will respond to all of your questions providing appropriate advice and information.
Our specialist team can offer guidance for talking to families about sudden and traumatic death, talking to young people about Coronavirus, how to cope with your own grief throughout the crisis, and mechanisms to use in the workplace whilst facing increased death and bereavement.
You are not alone. We are here to help you and offer support. We will be updating our advice regularly, and using our social media channels to offer additional support with vlogs and advice, so please, get in touch.
We’d love you to share our service offering with anyone you know who needs support. You can download a flyer here for your workplace: Grieftalk frontline worker poster
