Ways you can support us

Are you up for a challenge?

Whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned runner, we have runs and challenges to suit all levels whilst raising critical funds for Grief Encounter.

Fundraise for us

As a charity that receives no government funding, we rely solely on voluntary donations. If you are keen to fundraise for us, our dedicated team is here to help and inspire you to raise funds every step of the way.

Volunteer for us

Volunteers are a much loved, critical part of Grief Encounter as we could not achieve the things we do without their dedicated support. By volunteering, you will make a first hand impact on the lives of bereaved children and young people.

Why is bereavement support for children so critical?

Without access to support after the death of someone close, children and young people are more likely to experience immediate and longer-term challenges which may affect their ability to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Here’s why it matters and how Grief Encounter can make a lasting impact so no child has to grieve alone.
