Corporate Partnerships

Making a difference together

Two children in England football kits pose with Conor Gallagher excitedly on a red carpet in front of a charity event sign, surrounded by vibrant flowers.

Grief Encounter is a charity which relies solely on the generosity of our donors. Your support enables bereaved children and young people to find hope and healing after the death of someone close.

Our corporate giving programmes provide unique opportunities for your organisation to give back and create a hopeful future for those in need.

How we can work with your organisation:

Aviva and Grief Encounter have worked closely together, as strategic partners, since 2014. Our services are integrated into Aviva’s individual and group life insurance offer and Aviva have donated over £214k to Grief Encounter since 2014. This partnership has raised huge awareness as well as vital funds to support more bereaved children and young people.

“I am incredibly proud of Aviva’s partnership with Grief Encounter. LGT Wealth Management

We were chosen by colleagues at LGT Wealth Management to be their Charity of the Year partner for 2025 and 2026. The partnership will be worth over £300k through employee fundraising and the annual LGT Dodgeball tournament. The funds raised will help us reach more children and young people with bereavement support and therapy.

“I voted for Grief Encounter to be our core charity after experiencing first-hand the incredible support they provided my daughter and me following the loss of my husband. I am passionate about helping them extend their reach to more young people in need. I am looking forward to seeing how the partnership will unfold and the impact we can make together in supporting young people navigating the difficult journey of grief.”

BGC Charity Day

Grief Encounter has a long-standing relationship with BGC through its annual September 11th Charity Day. Celebrity ambassadors represent their charities on the Charity Day, closing trading deals with all revenues are donated. In the last two years we have been represented by Conor Gallagher and Gianfranco Zola resulting in donations worth over £100k to Grief Encounter to support our vital work.

Exacta
Technologies

Exacta Technologies

Bristol-based Exacta Technologies have raised over £75,000 for Grief Encounter through sponsoring our annual South West Golf Day (since 2023), holding a Tennis marathon fundraiser and support at our biennial Gala Dinner. The funds raised support our vital work with bereaved children and young people in the South West.

“It is an honour to be sponsoring this event, for a charity that means so much to me. When I was 13 years old, I lost my mother, and back then in the 1980’s support like this was not accessible. That’s why I work closely with this remarkable charity to ensure children across the UK have that vital support.”

Nick Rogers, CEO, Exacta Technologies
