Just before Christmas, we were proud to work closely with Good Morning Britain and their social change campaign, 1 Million Minutes to take part in their new Telethon, inviting viewers to call in if they were feeling lonely and isolated. With the phones manned by celebrities including Dr Hillary Jones, Matt Goss, Tom Read Wilson, Safiyya Vorajee, Harriet Rose, Josh Cuthbert and Bobby Norris, charities benefitting from the campaign also answered calls with expert advice.
Grief Encounter’s very own Victoria attended the telethon at the infamous BT Tower in London, and had a wonderful morning meeting the stars of Good Morning Britain and answering lots of callers who were feeling isolated as a result of grief.
Thanks as always to Good Morning Britain for having us as part of this amazing campaign!
