New Year, New Challenge?

Let us inspire you to set some New Year resolutions to make 2019 unforgettable, crossing off bucket-list opportunities including climbing Ben Nevis, getting muddy for money and trekking through China; all while supporting bereaved children in the UK.

In 2019, around 24,000 parents will die, leaving dependent children. That equates to a staggering 1 child in every classroom who will experience bereavement before they reach 16 years of age.

You can help. Our incredible supporters run marathons, trek across mountains and jump out of planes to raise money for Grief Encounter. Join them in 2019, and help the families we support receive the best care following the death of a parent or sibling. Just £35 pays for one hour of 1-2-1 professional counselling from a Grief Encounter therapist. Imagine how much you could help by undertaking one of our incredible challenges, fundraising to enable us to reach even more children who need our help, now. Click on the links below, or email us at challenges@griefencounter.org.uk to sign up or find out more.
