Grief Encounter’s grieftalk helpline is available free of charge to all Halifax, Lloyds, Bank of Scotland and Scottish Widows customers, their families, friends and associates – whatever their age.
It is open 9am-9pm Monday to Friday. We offer a confidential space to chat and be heard. After a bereavement, we understand that it can be difficult to make that first move, that is why we are offering you several ways to get in touch:
If you would like help, or need guidance and advice, for a friend or family member, we are happy to hear from you too. Our service is free and available to everyone and anyone suffering a bereavement.
